Provider standards
The standard for optional help
Providers may receive consented enquiries only after the independent result. Commercial status cannot alter Trust Score, natural rank, evidence state or hard-gate findings.
Verification
Where applicable, licensing, registration and permit details are checked against the relevant authority and assigned a review date. If current official verification is unavailable, the gap remains visible rather than being assumed positive or negative.
Verified Experience reviews
A public customer review must be tied to a Verified Experience. One primary review is allowed per verified transaction/experience. Proof remains private; anti-abuse signals are stored as hashes rather than raw IP, device or email identifiers.
Response and appeal
A provider may respond to a published review and may appeal with additional evidence. Providers cannot delete a user's review, rewrite moderation history, buy a higher score/rank or cause an appeal to change Trust Score without separately verified evidence.
Partner requirements
Any referral relationship requires a documented agreement defining the qualifying event, attribution window, data-use terms and commercial-score separation. Property-related introductions also require the applicable licence/permit responsibility gates.
Consent
Personally identifiable information is never routed merely because a user completed a tool. A separate explicit consent action is required, and the partner agreement/licence gates must still pass before an identified lead is prepared for transfer.
Commercial separation
Referral fees, subscriptions, sponsored status and advertising budget are excluded from Trust Score and natural ordering. Sponsored or Partner inventory must be separately disclosed.
